OEA report says that even unresolved situation of Zelaya.
Washington, July 29 .- The report of the OAS commission does not comment on the future of Honduras in the body, and while acknowledging progress, also evidence that key issues remain unresolved, as the situation of Manuel Zelaya and human rights .
