Of the more than two billion euros annually for adequate education is now too little has allocated in the classroom. The commitment of money for care is not clear. Much time and energy is wasted on bureaucracy and indicator pathways. Despite efforts by all stakeholders are 3,000 children annually at home without education.

The government wants the budget for education is appropriate in the classroom gets. Money for school facilities and also unnecessary overhead should be used for more hands in the classroom in the form of a teaching assistant or a special teacher, to support and improve teacher training and reducing bureaucracy. We and the government, parents and teachers a national reference care. The change gives the government the school space to provide better care to children and a clampdown on the administrative pressure that threatens to control an appropriate education. Strengthening cooperation with youth and youth is an important issue. The measures stem from the review of appropriate education for the summer with the House was agreed in August 2012 and will enter into force.

The current funding backpack provides insufficient opportunities for customization. It is requesting an indication for parents and schools a long and complicated process. Instead is a flexible deployment of resources. The national needs assessment expires backpack and the money goes to schools. The amount per pupil is no longer fixed. Instead, the need for care of a child adopted in consultation with schools and parents decide how and where the money is spent. To transform the current backpack funding will ensure that most schools provide the most resources.
